Right People Group seeks a Senior Workplace Engineer, on behalf of a client company specializes in producing engineered polyamide materials. 

The consultant will be responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining SCCM and Intune for secure device management. They will develop, test, and deploy software and OS upgrades, define and monitor security and compliance indicators, and provide L2/L3 support for SCCM/Intune issues. Additionally, they will use PowerShell and endpoint analytics for automation and reporting, and collaborate with business teams and IT colleagues globally.

Main Responsibilities:

• Endpoint Management & Optimization – Configure, operate, and maintain SCCM & Intune for secure device management.
• Software & OS Deployment – Develop, test, and deploy applications and OS upgrades (e.g., Windows 10 → Windows 11).
• Security & Compliance – Define and monitor key security and compliance indicators for workplace systems.
• Troubleshooting & Support – Provide L2/L3 support for SCCM/Intune issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Automation & Reporting – Use PowerShell & endpoint analytics to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with business teams and IT colleagues worldwide

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and hybrid environments (on-prem & cloud).
• 8+ years as a Workplace/System Engineer with expertise in SCCM, Windows OS, and Intune
• Certifications in Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, SCCM, Intune, or Azure (a plus).
• Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Windows Autopilot desirable
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
• Strong communication & coordination skills in a global environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Duration of activity: 4 months (+renewal)
