Right People Group seeks a Senior Workplace Engineer, on behalf of a client company specializes in producing engineered polyamide materials. 

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft systems, resolving complex issues, and leading global ICT projects, while optimizing infrastructure efficiency through Azure cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide extensive expertise in Windows operating systems and Office 365 cloud services.
• Administer and support Microsoft server 2016/2022 systems, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), Microsoft Intune, and SQL Server.
• Manage Veeam Backup & Replication platforms, ensuring comprehensive understanding of backup technologies and best practices.
• Maintain a strong background in VMware and Microsoft Windows server environments, coupled with adeptness in group policy management.
• Leverage Azure cloud services to enhance infrastructure efficiency and scalability, with expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure AD.
• Utilize Azure Entitlement Management and Identity Protection.
• Demonstrate capability in project management and leadership, successfully coordinating and leading global ICT projects from conception to completion.
• Troubleshoot complex IT environments, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Automate system management tasks using PowerShell scripting.
