About the Assignment

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with expertise in cloud-based Financial ERP systems. The role involves leading technical teams in the implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring smooth process flows, and acting as a bridge between IT, finance, and external vendors. You should have a strategic understanding of ERP solutions and strong change management skills in complex organizations.
 

Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership and configuration of the ERP solution.

• Coordination with system integrators and key stakeholders.

• Integration of the ERP system with other applications.

• Driving change management and ensuring adaptation to new technologies and processes.

• Participating in the future maintenance and support of the ERP platform.

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Holds a technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Has extensive experience with ERP systems (Workday, Oracle Cloud is a plus).

• Has experience as a Tech Lead or similar role in large-scale system implementations.

• Has proven experience in change management and technology adaptation.

• Has a strong understanding of financial reporting and analytics.

• Has experience with financial solutions, preferably within the insurance industry.

• Is an excellent communicator, able to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Has a proven ability to lead and coordinate both technical and business teams.

Note: This role requires full-time, on-site work in Solna
