Consultant Assignment – SAP Test Manager for ERP Program, Flexible Location in Sweden with Travel to Copenhagen

Location: Flexible location in Sweden, regular travel to Copenhagen

Scope: Full-time

Start: Immediate

Duration: Minimum 12 months, with the possibility of extension

Language: English (fluent)

Assignment Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager who will be responsible for defining the test strategy for an ERP program in collaboration with our SI partner. You will be in charge of defining the scope of testing for each release and developing test cases on both functional and non-functional levels. This role also involves ensuring proper setup of test environments and contributing to the introduction of relevant metrics to monitor test progress and assess product quality.

Required Profile:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager, including defining and executing test strategies.

• Technical Knowledge: Experience in configuring and administering test tools, as well as testing various integration patterns in a scalable architecture environment.

• Automation: Ability to write automated tests (black box and regression).

• Data: Experience in testing and validation of data systems.

• Language: Fluent English, as this is our day-to-day working language.

• Self-Management: Strong ability to manage and organize your own work.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Test Tools: Responsible for test tools and configuration management.

• Coordination: Responsible for planning and executing all test phases, including Unit Testing, SIT, E2E, UAT, and regression testing.

• Reporting: Ensure visibility and traceability of test results to teams and stakeholders.

• Test Team Coordination: Identify roles within the test team and lead team activities and tasks.

• Automation: Evaluate and implement test automation frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and accuracy.

• CI/CD: Collaborate with QA and development teams to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.

• Quality Metrics: Responsible for all KPIs related to the test phases.
