On behalf of a private sector client, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager for an IT/OT infrastructure and cybersecurity project.

The project covers architecture, design, and implementation of IT/OT infrastructure across an enterprise and industrial environment, with a strong cybersecurity dimension. The consultant will take ownership of execution across design, build, test, deployment, cutover, and operational handover, converting architectural and security input into concrete delivery plans and work packages, and actively managing scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions throughout.

We're looking for someone with a technical project management background who can hold their own in discussions about OT networks, infrastructure platforms, and system integration, and who isn't afraid to push back on unclear assumptions, missing dependencies, or unrealistic timelines. The role also involves coordinating across architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and operational teams, and preparing status, escalation, and decision material for both technical and management stakeholders.

• Your qualifications
  We are looking for a consultant with the following qualifications:
• Strong technical project management background, with a focus on implementation and delivery
• Solid technical grounding in IT/OT infrastructure, networking, integration, and cybersecurity, including familiarity with the OSI Model, Purdue Model, and NIS2
• Experience translating architectural and security input into structured, executable delivery plans
• Comfortable managing scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions in complex enterprise environments
• Confident coordinating architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and operational teams
• Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and business stakeholders and challenge unclear assumptions or unrealistic timelines
