On behalf of a private sector client, we are looking for an experienced Application Specialist to join a large-scale identity and access management programme.

The programme is organised into five streams, and this role sits within the Identity Stream, which is rolling out strong multi-factor authentication to around 112,000 users across the organisation. The consultant will work closely with the other streams to keep risks and blockers aligned, making sure cross-team dependencies don't slow the programme down.

We are looking for a consultant with hands-on experience from IAM or system integration projects, solid technical and application knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into clear application specifications. Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach are essential, since the role involves close collaboration across several teams.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with the following qualifications:

• Experience with IAM or system integration projects
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Solid technical and broad application knowledge, with experience analysing and gathering information about applications
• Experience gathering, documenting and prioritising business and functional requirements, and translating them into application specifications
• Experience validating requirements with stakeholders and supporting process mapping and gap analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset
