On behalf of a private sector client in the life science industry, we are looking for a senior OCM consultant to support organisational change management across three connected initiatives: Lab of the Future, the construction of a new facility, and the associated Move-in project. Together, these initiatives will prepare the organisation for the transition into a new facility in 2028.

The consultant will drive the change management effort across these workstreams, working closely with the client's teams on site in Greater Copenhagen. We are looking for a senior profile with a strong background in life science, ideally combined with experience from lab or construction environments, who is available to work on site throughout the engagement.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, onsite
Workload: 70%, increasing to 100% from mid-2027
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until 2028 (relocation to new facility)

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a senior OCM (Organisational Change Management) consultant
• Background from the life science industry
• Experience from lab environments or construction projects is an advantage
• Available to work on site in Greater Copenhagen throughout the assignment
