About the assignment:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead in ERP for a financial transformation program. The client is transitioning from SAP to Workday and is seeking a consultant with strong expertise in ERP architecture, integrations, and financial processes. The organization operates in a multinational, multi-currency environment with high regulatory and reporting requirements.
 

We are looking for someone who:

– Has experience leading ERP implementations

– Has experience in digitalization and change management within the financial domain

– Has experience with SAP

– Has experience with Workday

– Has worked in international and multi-currency environments with diverse regulatory frameworks

– Has a background in insurance, finance, or other regulated industries

– Has a strong understanding of controlling and financial process improvement

– Has solid knowledge of ERP architecture and integrations (API, web services, EDA)

– Has a basic understanding of AI (GPT, NLP, ML
