Consultant Task – RACF Specialist (November 26)

Role: RACF Specialist
Location: Nordics or Poland (worst-case within EU)
Scope: Full-time, 5 days per week

About the Task:

We are seeking an experienced RACF Specialist for a financial sector project. The task involves at least one year of work with the possibility of extension. This role focuses on providing advanced technical solutions for IBM Mainframe and RACF systems while working in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage RACF systems.
• Support the implementation and development of IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with international teams across various cultures.
• Contribute to Agile development following the SAFe framework.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong expertise in IBM Mainframe and RACF.
• Experience with IAM solutions and processes.
• Solid understanding of IT processes and the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work in cross-border teams and diverse cultural settings.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with z-Secure (RACF interface).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Carla and JCL.
