Role Summary

Experienced Project Manager with strong Agile based delivery and technical awareness of Java applications hosted on Azure, capable of stabilising and recovering projects in Red. The role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects using Agile / hybrid delivery models.

• Assess at-risk or failing projects and define recovery plans.

• Strong stakeholders management skills

• Identify and manage technical dependencies across Java-based applications and Azure environments.

• Proactively track and mitigate risks, issues, and delivery bottlenecks.

• Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure predictable delivery.

• Act as the primary interface between business, functional consultant, vendors, and architects.

• Provide clear status reporting and timely escalations to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ experience in Project / Delivery Management within Agile environments.

• Solid understanding of Java application architectures and Azure-hosted solutions.

• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes.

• Hands-on experience turning around projects in Red or Amber status.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
