Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to develop data transfer and data processing solutions for the Kanta Data Warehouse, a central part of Finland's national social and healthcare data infrastructure.

You will design, implement and test ETL loads, database views and other SQL-based solutions. The role also covers developing solutions for data storage, processing and transfer, and documenting and reviewing implementations.

You will work as part of an agile development team. The role calls for an independent working style and active participation in planning and monitoring.

This is a long-term assignment running to the end of 2029, with an option to extend through 2031.

Required Experience

• At least two person-years of experience developing and maintaining ETL processes with Informatica PowerCenter, gained within the five years before the end of the tender period
• Informatica PowerCenter
• ETL development

Nice to Have

• ETL development for public sector social and healthcare (SOTE) data
• Oracle relational databases, database tools, and SQL in ETL development
• Scrum and agile development practices
• PowerCenter Data Integration Developer certification or equivalent
• Data Engineering Developer certification or equivalent

Additional Information

• Location: Remote within Finland. The consultant must attend work activities or meetings at the customer's premises in Helsinki when requested.
• Start Date: 1.1.2027
• Duration: Long-term, until 31.12.2029, with a possible extension from 1.1.2030 to 31.12.2031
• Allocation: 100 %
• Language Requirement: Finnish
