On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to an IT/OT Infrastructure Project.

We are looking for an implementation-focused project manager with a strong technical profile to take ownership of complex IT/OT infrastructure and cybersecurity-related activities. The candidate should be able to drive execution across architectural/design and implementation phases ensuring that project scope, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are actively managed from planning through implementation.​

The project manager should have experience with technical delivery in enterprise and/or industrial environments, preferably involving OT networks, infrastructure platforms, system integration, or standardised exposure patterns between IT and OT. The role requires the ability to understand technical concepts sufficiently to challenge assumptions, coordinate technical decisions, and translate architecture intent into practical implementation plans.​

Scope of work: 
- The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented, with the ability to manage both strategic ambiguity and hands-on execution.
- The consultant should drive project across design, build, test, deployment, cutover, and operational handover phases​.
- Convert architecture, security, and solution input into actionable delivery plans and
work packages​
- Manage scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions​
- Challenge unclear assumptions, missing dependencies, weak plans, and unrealistic
delivery timelines​
- Prepare status, escalation, and decision material for technical and management
stakeholders

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

- Strong project management skills with focus on implementation and delivery​
- Deep technical understanding, and practical experience with, IT/OT infrastructure, networking, integration, and cybersecurity​
- Be familiar with the OSI Model, Purdue Model, NIS2​
- Ability to coordinate architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and operational
teams​
- Experience translating conceptual or architectural direction into executable plans​
- Structured approach to scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions​
- Comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments with many stakeholders​
- Strong communication skills, especially between technical and business stakeholders
