Consultant task – Workday Consultant (Remote), published: 09.09.2021

We are looking for a hands-on functional Workday consultant for our client in private healthcare to help with the system implementation. The client operates in Sweden, UK, France, Norway and Germany. Implementation scope covers all countries, modules, HCM, Absence, Adv. Comp and integrations: WD-AD, WD-Happeo (intra), WD-Greenhouse (TAS) to name a few.

The client’s core team has done Workday implementations before, so they have a lot of knowledge in-house as well. Nevertheless, they are in an urgent need to get an experienced Workday consultant to supplement the team and play an important role in the implementation of the system.

Your qualifications
The main requirements for this role are:
– Vast knowledge in Workday and experience of implementation projects
– You have specialized experience in Workday Core and Workday Advanced Compensation
– Project experience of Nordic clients is seen as beneficial, but not a requirement

Location: Remote
Workload: 50-90%
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
