Consultant Task – Embedded Developers (Remote), published: 8.3.2024

We are looking for experienced Embedded Developers from the automotive area. There are two roles with some differences, details below. Note that the developer has to be located within the EU.

ROLE 1

At the moment we are looking for a senior software developer to strengthen the customers team. You would start your journey in interesting and challenging projects with the role covering the following aspects:

Software development in automotive technology area
Leading and supporting others in development
Be part of scrum team

Our way of working is flexible too, many of our team work remotely from home with visits to our office from time to time when needed. We would hope that you are able to start as soon as possible but we are ready to negotiate.

The software professional we are looking for should be comfortable with at least some of the following:

+5 years of experience from embedded C++ development (expert level) preferably
from automotive technology area
Strong experience from QNX OS
Familiarity of performance optimization
Familiarity of BSPs and Linux device drivers.
Understanding CI development methodology
Experience from these technology areas are a big bonus
Automotive area development
Classic & Adaptive AUTOSAR , Linux OS, RTOS, Python, IP networks

ROLE 2

Software development in automotive technology area
Leading and supporting others in development

Your future colleagues are waiting for you to join the customers international team. Working with us is uncomplicated, there’s a good team spirit, low-hierarchy and nonexistent bureaucracy. Our way of working is flexible too, many in the team work remotely from home with visits to customer office from time to time when needed. We would hope that you are able to start as soon as possible but we are ready to negotiate.

The software professional we are looking for should be comfortable with at least some of the following:

+5 years of experience from low level embedded Linux C/C++ development (expert level) preferably from automotive technology area
Experience from Classic & Adaptive AUTOSAR
Understanding CI development methodology
Experience from these technology areas are a big bonus
Automotive area development
Functional safety development
BSP, understanding Kernel and driver level development
Safety critical systems development

Location: Remotely from within the EU
Workload: 100%
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12+ months
Language: Fluent English mandatory
