About the assignment

A leading energy company in the Baltics is seeking senior consultants for a strategic assignment focused on developing competitive offerings aimed at international data center investors.

The assignment includes analysing and structuring different cooperation models between utilities and data centers, including:

• Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) models and pricing structures
• Combined offerings including electricity, land, and infrastructure
• Joint venture (JV) models with data center operators

The objective is to deliver a commercially strong, execution-ready proposal that can be used to secure long-term agreements (10+ years) and support data center establishments in the range of 10–100 MW.

We are looking for consultants who:

• Have solid experience in Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
• Have worked with energy market analysis and pricing
• Have experience with data centers, large industrial energy consumers, or hyperscalers
• Are experienced in financial modelling (CAPEX, ROI, JV structures)
• Are comfortable engaging at senior management and investor level

Meriting experience

• Structuring joint ventures between utility companies and industrial players
• Long-term land and infrastructure lease models
• Previous work with international data center operators
