About the Assignment:

We are looking for an experienced Program/Project Manager for a global IT infrastructure project. The assignment includes the installation of RFID readers, compute nodes, Aruba hardware, and structured cabling where needed. The project spans across 70+ markets worldwide and requires a senior project manager with a proven track record of managing complex, multinational projects.

As a Program/Project Manager, you will lead a diverse and global project, working closely with stakeholders across different business units. The role requires a strong ability to manage complexity and drive collaboration across teams. The position is based in Stockholm, and you are expected to be onsite at least 2-3 days per week.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong project management skills

• Experience in large-scale global projects

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Networking and IT infrastructure experience (a plus)

• Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus)
