On behalf of a private client, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support a CRM transformative initiative.

The assignment focuses on improving and supporting CRM-driven sales and quoting processes while ensuring strong integration between CRM and ERP platforms.
The consultant will work closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support the ongoing development of the One CRM platform.
The role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on CRM knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively within an Agile delivery environment.
The consultant will analyze and improve business processes related to sales and quoting workflows while working closely with product owners and development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. The role includes supporting the configuration and optimization of Salesforce CRM and contributing to the integration between CRM platforms and ERP systems such as SAP.
In addition, the consultant will ensure high standards for data quality and accuracy and support data migration activities using tools such as Data Loader or other ETL solutions. A key part of the role is facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders and translating business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications that can be implemented by development teams.

Your Qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies as possible:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within CRM or sales-related processes
- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration
- Experience integrating CRM systems with ERP platforms (preferably SAP)
- Strong understanding of data models, databases, and data migration tools
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer is preferred
