We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to strengthen an internal delivery team supporting multiple ongoing business-critical initiatives. The role focuses on complex Dynamics 365 CE development, technical solution planning, and hands-on implementation work across existing enterprise environments.

You will collaborate closely with experienced internal IT professionals, including senior Dynamics 365 specialists and junior platform support resources, within an agile project environment.

This position requires strong technical expertise combined with business process understanding to translate requirements into scalable and effective Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules, including: 
  • Sales 
  • Customer Service 
  • Customer Insights: Journeys 
• Design and develop Power Automate flows within the Dynamics 365 CE ecosystem 
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
• Plan and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable Dynamics 365 architectures 
• Support integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise systems 
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards 
• Maintain technical documentation using Jira and Confluence 
• Deliver high-quality solutions with strong attention to detail and user experience 

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) 
• Strong expertise in: 
  • Dynamics 365 Sales 
  • Customer Service 
  • Customer Insights: Journeys 
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and solution design 
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform: 
  • Power Automate 
  • Power Apps 
  • Dataverse 
• Experience with system integrations, including: 
  • API-based integrations 
  • Dual-write integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience with Dynamics 365 data migration methodologies and tools
• Experience working in agile software delivery environments 
• Practical experience using Jira and Confluence 
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders 
• High attention to quality, detail, and usability 
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) 
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications 
• Experience working in consulting, project-based, or multinational environments

• Location: Helsinki Capital Region preferred (remote possible) 
• Start Date: ASAP 
• Allocation: Flexible, approximately 50–100% 
• Language Requirement: Fluent English required; Finnish considered an advantage
