Many people have asked what is going on in Right People Group, and why I have personally moved to Berlin. So here is an update to clarify our strategy and what it means for consultants and customers.
Growth in Right People Group Denmark
In the past 18 months, we have expanded our internal organization from 2 people to 8 people, and we have more than tripled our number of consultants on projects.
This growth is due to several reasons, but there are two that we consider primary:
We will continue to grow our organisation in Denmark. We will also invest further in constantly improving both our customer satisfaction and consultant satisfaction rates.
Global ambitions
The freelance consultant model is very strong and that is why it is not just Right People Group, but the entire freelance consultant industry that is growing. When a customer needs a given competency for a given period, the freelance model is superior in both price and quality.
I have often been asked by customers what truly differentiates us from other freelance consultant companies.
The answer is: Nothing! Nothing truly conceptually differentiates us from the others. In all honesty, we all have the same (very large) number of freelance consultants to choose from and it is the performance of the consultant on each project that is the only thing that really matters.

It is not easy to internationally scale companies that are not conceptually unique, but we are confident that we have the power in 1) our processes, 2) our customer focus and 3) in our corporate culture that will make us succeed in our internationalization process.
Therefore, I have moved to Berlin to establish an international spearhead to the rest of Europe.
We will also establish a communication track, where we deliver the knowledge of freelance experts through blog posts and video interviews. We know that the professional knowledge within the freelance experts is gigantic, and compared to many other sources it is not flawed by intentions to sell a specific product or a specific service.
