On behalf of a leading pharma collaboration, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support and drive execution within the OpenStudyBuilder (OSB) Alliance – a cross-pharma initiative aimed at accelerating digital product development and adoption within clinical research.

You will play a key role in orchestrating collaboration across multiple pharma companies, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery on ambitious shared goals.

Project Overview
The OSB Alliance is a newly established cross-pharma collaboration focused on maturing OpenStudyBuilder into a market-leading solution. The initiative aims to accelerate feature development, drive adoption of digital clinical data standards, and strengthen collaboration across the pharma ecosystem.

This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role, where you will operate at the intersection of product, technology, and industry stakeholders.

Description of most important elements 
Own alliance execution and delivery management: Ongoingly translate collaboration goals and priorities into efficient cross-pharma workstreams. Ensure ongoing execution, tracking, and accountability. Ensure decentralized delivery teams remain synchronized and progressing toward ambitious joint goals.

Orchestrate OSB alliance ways of working & governance: Plan, prepare, and run executive steering and working groups; set optimal cadences and participation; ensure efficient ways of working through well-facilitated working sessions and effective follow-up; and ensure targeted engagement of domain experts and tech teams.

Drive transparency and decision making: Prepare compelling, structured, and impactful presentations that support alignment, decision-making, and transparency across stakeholders.

Continuously adjust and mature the project organization and operating model: volve cross-pharma ways of working into a high-performing project organization that supports efficient coordination and delivery on joint goals, including ambitious expansion goals.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within technology or management consulting
- Proven experience leading technology and data transformation projects
- Experience within pharma and/or clinical domain 
- Strong stakeholder management skills across functions, geographies, and seniority levels
- Experience working in cross-company or alliance-based setups
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver results in complex and fast-moving environments
