On behalf of a private sector client, we are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead the OCM effort across a major strategic programme.

The programme spans 23 individual projects and touches the entire organisation. The consultant will own the end-to-end OCM strategy: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness tracking, and mitigation of OCM risks. This includes designing and executing both a communications plan and a training strategy, building change networks and communities of practice across the programme, and working directly with project teams to ensure change deliverables are delivered on time and to standard. The consultant will also prepare governance artefacts for Steering Committees and the PMO, and measure adoption and proficiency throughout the programme lifecycle.

The right consultant brings a strong track record from complex, multi-project programmes and knows how to translate strategy into concrete, practical change deliverables. Confident stakeholder management, clear communication, and the ability to coach project teams without taking over are key. Experience working in close collaboration with internal communications functions is a plus.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience leading OCM on large, multi-project or programme-level engagements
• Hands-on skills across the full OCM toolkit: impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness tracking, and change networks
• Experience designing and delivering communications strategies and training programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without formal authority
• Skilled facilitator and coach, comfortable working across project teams at varying levels of change maturity
• Fluent in English; experience in an international or matrixed organisation is an advantage
