On behalf of a private industrial client, we are looking for a highly skilled SCM APO migration expert with strong experience within AATP (Embedded APO).

The consultant will be responsible for understanding the existing solutions and comparing them to the business requirements. You will design new solutions, recommend enhancements, and ensure alignment with existing templates. This includes configuring, customizing, and building solutions that support the client’s business processes and requirements.
You will work closely with business and solution architects to support the development of prototypes and the implementation of high-quality solutions. In addition, you will translate technical requirements into detailed design documentation, coordinate support activities, and contribute to resolving complex issues. You are expected to specify developments with minimal supervision while ensuring high standards, best practices, and overall solution quality.
The role also includes responsibility for analysis, design, planning, and setting up system solutions related to both support and implementation across Forecast to Plan and Plan to Produce capabilities. As part of the engagement, you will train and upskill the internal IT team to strengthen their ability to implement and work with AATP solutions going forward.
Customer: Current SCM APO modules and processes:  gATP (CTP) & PP/DS using MTS, MTO, ETO, Variant Configuration w/Super BOM & Routing.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:
- Highly skilled independent SCM APO migration expert.
- Deep business process- and technical insight in SCM APO gATP and PP/DS (CTP).
- Deep business process- and technical insight in S/4 Hana aATP and ePPDS.
- Expert in consulting- and guiding customers in taking the right choices in S/4 Hana based on the customers business processes, especially in terms of capacity planning (Capacity PAL vs Supply Based Confirmation), but also in terms of complex supply chains and production processes.
- Have a solid background in the same role in similar migration projects, designing and customizing aATP & ePPDS in S/4 Hana.
