Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Capacity Agreement IT development 2025. The client is a company that operates the electricity grid in Norway and is responsible for ensuring a reliable and efficient power supply.

Responsibilities: 

As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your day-to-day activities will include performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategies, developing automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration. You will participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management is required. Intermediate proficiency in System Defect Management, System Integration Testing, and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is suggested.

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and improve processes.
• Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
