On behalf of a private client, we are looking for a Project Manager for a roll-out project.
We are looking for a Project Manager who can act as roll-out lead to manage the implementation of a new Physical Access Control System across approximately 300-400 buildings.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning the migration from the existing AXIOM system to SiPass, working closely with building owners, a Technical Implementation Lead, and the functional architect to initiate and execute the migration strategy.
You will lead the cutover activities, communicate go-live plans, oversee commissioning and ensure a smooth handover to operations and business-as-usual.
The role involves planning, managing, and executing the migration of the access control system (ADK), covering more than 4000 readers across multiple sites. You will coordinate the roll-out with building owners and responsible functions, ensuring correct access rights are established and technicians are properly trained. Close collaboration with the vendor, installation partners, and internal stakeholders is a key part of the role.
You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining detailed rollout schedules, managing timelines, and conducting project risk assessments throughout the implementation.
You will ensure that all installations meet the client’s technical requirements and specifications, including correct configuration, testing, and commissioning the new system. The role also requires reviewing and validating documentation, ensuring a structured handover to operations and support teams, and maintaining full compliance with applicable security and regulatory requirements.
In addition, you will manage the financial aspects of the rollout, ensuring adherence to the approved project budget, and provide ongoing status reporting to the PACS project owner or lead.
This is a fully onsite role and requires presence five days a week. Remote work is not possible for this position.

Duration: The client expects the project to potentially run until 31 December 2027, but will structure the contract in six-month increments.
Language: Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:
- Experience as a Project Manager, preferably within security installations, IT or other technical systems
- Documented experience implementing/converting large-scale access control systems (1000+ readers)
- Documented experience implementing/converting security systems in large and complex production environments — ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong general technical and IT understanding — able to communicate technical concepts to both experts/technicians and system end‑users
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly structured, strong overview, and able to drive projects to completion
- Relevant education within project management, IT, or engineering (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certifications)
