Consultant Task | Technical Project Manager, Remote / Espoo

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for our IT-sector client. The client has recently assessed their current infrastructure and platform environment. Based on the recommendations from this assessment, they aim to implement necessary changes within the organization. To support this, they are seeking a dedicated project manager for the initiative.

Requirements
We are looking for a professional who best matches the following criteria:

• The project manager is expected to have technical expertise in data center and cloud environments.
• The client uses many different tools such as Amazon EKS, ECR, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, Amazon Route 53, Managed Grafana, AWS LBs, Security Lake. Also Azure Lighthouse, Sentinel and Entra. Others include Splunk, Palo Alto, Cortex and Carbon Black. A deep understanding of all tools is not required, but the candidate should be able to ask the right questions and comprehend responses at a high level.
• Ability to manage a request for proposal (RFP) process, including defining requirements and engaging with potential partners to support decision-making.
• Experience in driving change initiatives in accordance with the agreed roadmap, with strong previous experience in project management.

The consultant needs to be located within Finland.

Location: Remote (Occasional on-site visits, e.g., for workshops in Espoo, Finland)
Workload: 70–100%
Start Date: April or May
Duration: Until 12/2025
Language: English and/or Finnish
