A client operating in the manufacturing sector, we are looking for an experienced Finance S/4HANA Architectto support the client’s in-house SAP finance development and service activities.

Assignment Description

This assignment is intended to strengthen the client’s internal SAP finance capabilities. The work will start as soon as a suitable candidate is identified. The assignment is part-time (approx. 60%).

In this role, you will participate in the development, enhancement, and continuous service of the SAP S/4HANA Finance area. You will work closely with finance stakeholders as well as external service providers, taking responsibility for finance-related solution topics in a complex SAP environment.

The work can be carried out in a hybrid model, partly remotely and partly on-site at the client’s premises in Käpylä, Helsinki.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions

• Acting as a finance architect in S/4HANA-related initiatives

• Coordination and ownership of technical finance topics across multiple projects and system instances

• Collaboration with business (finance) stakeholders and SAP service providers

• Supporting integrations and transformation activities related to SAP Finance

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong finance background, including GL, AR, AP, and Cash & Banking

• SAP FI expertise is mandatory; CO/Controlling is considered a strong advantage

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (hands-on S/4 experience required)

• SAP configuration experience

• Experience working in a multi-project, multi-instance S/4HANA environment

• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA transformations

• Understanding of inbound and outbound integrations

• Experience with Central Finance integrations

• Experience in greenfield implementations, clean core principles, and solution standardization boards

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is considered a benefit

• Ability to be present at the Käpylä office in Helsinki at least some days per week
