Consultant task | D365 F&O Project Manager

We are looking for project manager to take over project management in an on-going Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation project. Our client is a high-tech company that manufactures optical specialty fibers.

They have started the D365 F&O implementation project last spring using own resources. The implementation was done at the corporation level about two years ago and is still on-going on a local level in Finland. The initial phase was handled by the corporation’s IT and finance departments. Some of the products have also been moved to the new system. 

The project has now been “on hold” for some time as the internal project manager was recruited for a new job. Hence the need for an external expert for the rest of the implementation. 

This is a chance to take on an important role to ensure a successful implementation. Our client is willing to offer the necessary support to help the consultant fulfill their tasks. There are 3 main business partners to work together with on this assignment. This project involved working with the client only.

Requirements:

- What matters most is project management experience in either Dynamics 365 context or other finance-focused ERP projects
- A senior-level professional is sought after
- Being able to communicate both with business stakeholders and technical staff
- Finnish language skill is a plus but not required (English is the official working language).
