On behalf of a private sector client, we are looking for Senior Python AI Developers to join an in-house AI team. The team is moving its own AI solutions out of development and into the hands of internal users, starting with two agents that share a common core platform: one that supports the sales organisation and one that helps customers with technical questions.

The consultant will work across the full stack and own assigned features from start to finish. On the sales agent, the focus is on building new sales needs into the product. On the support agent, the goal is to deliver a working proof of concept. The stack includes Python, React, LangGraph, LLMs such as Claude, AWS and Kubernetes, with Jira, GitLab, Kiro and Datadog as everyday tools.

The client wants a self-driven developer who cares about the outcome and enjoys shipping. Track record matters more than background, so data engineers, data scientists and software developers are all relevant, and formal education is not a requirement.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with the following qualifications:

• Strong hands-on Python development skills
• Minimum 3 years of software development in the cloud, ideally on AWS and Kubernetes
• Proven track record from previous AI projects
• Experience with LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangGraph
• Full-stack experience including React
• Self-driven and comfortable owning features end to end
