As we are gaining momentum in our Fit for Growth Strategy 2028, we are expanding our COO Office and are looking for a Student Assistant with ambition and a strong growth mindset.
You will become part of our Strategy, Transformation, and Operations team and support ongoing strategic and organizational initiatives across the company. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and hands-on experience with how strategy is translated into key initiatives, workstreams and projects.
The position is 15–20 hours per week. We value flexibility and will collaborate with you to ensure your working hours complement your studies.
Based at our HQ in Vibenshuset (Lyngbyvej 2, 2100 Copenhagen), you will join our Strategy, Transformation, and Operations team (COO Office).
You will report to Nicolai Holmershøj Nielsen, Director (Strategy, Projects & Compliance), and work closely with Niels Truong (Chief Strategy Officer & CIO), while occasionally supporting the Finance Office with invoicing during peak periods.
Your responsibilities will vary depending on current strategic priorities, but will typically include:
The role provides hands-on experience supporting strategic initiatives and internal projects, with opportunities for learning and increasing responsibility over time.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work close to senior leadership and gain hands-on experience supporting strategy execution in practice across markets and functions.
You will gain insight into how strategic initiatives are translated into operational change across markets and functions, while building analytical and project management capabilities.
