On behalf of a public sector client, we are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator for a cyber security programme. The consultant will coordinate awareness and training activities across the programme's projects and turn global and OT-specific requirements into a practical, role-based training approach. Leadership training and other activities that support the programme are also part of the scope.

In practice, the consultant will map target groups to training needs, build and maintain an integrated training plan, and coordinate materials for audiences ranging from technicians to management. The consultant will also manage external training providers, coordinate rollout across regions and sites, and set up KPIs and reporting to follow completion and effectiveness. We are looking for a structured, delivery-focused consultant who is comfortable working with many parties and competing priorities in a global matrix organisation. A background check is required before onboarding.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with the following qualifications:

• At least five years of relevant experience, including developing and implementing cyber security awareness and training programmes
• Experience with training needs analysis, role-based learning design and materials for diverse audiences
• Experience managing external training providers and coordinating delivery across multiple locations
• Experience defining KPIs and measuring effectiveness through assessments, surveys, completion data and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organisation
• Experience with OT cyber security, SCADA or critical infrastructure, and knowledge of standards such as IEC 62443, NIS2 or ISO/IEC 27001, is an advantage
