What does a SCRUM Master do?
In SCRUM, there is no project manager. Instead, responsibility is divided into three roles: Development team, Product Owner and SCRUM Master. You could say that the SCRUM master is the ‘policeman’: the one that ensures that the SCRUM process runs as it should by enforcing the rules as well as safeguarding the process from any influences coming from the project environment.
