Consultant Task – Service Delivery Executive, Remote (2023.01.31)

We are now looking for the right person with the stated below experiences.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience of Service delivery executive management and administration

  • Excellent experience in SAP Module Sales and distribution
    • Contract management
      • Good experience to review, interpret and manage conditions in service contracts 
      • Experience around asset management / iBase management
    • Service invoicing
      • Good experience to manage:
        • Contractual invoicing
        • Call based invoicing
        • Time and material (T&M) invoicing
        • Service credits 
        • Yearly indexation
        • Monthly follow up on all contracted customers above.
      • Profit & Loss / P&L
  • Experience in Service delivery Executive Strategy and Planning
    • Monthly SLA review (service contract) by using the corporate services dashboards/reports and set KPIs.
    • Support corrective action plans for assigned customers to prevent any penalty demands. 
    • Support monthly services reviews for selected customers. 
    • Responsible for ensuring correct invoices to customers, this includes regular monitoring and charging of non-contractual services.
    • Understand service delivery costs in association with dedicated customers are in line to meet customer P&L.
  • Experience in Operational Deliverables and Contribution
    • Contact path for customers on service delivery executive issues, e.g. daily business topics, important changes, requirements etc and coordinate these to responsible stakeholders and ensure resolution 
  • Experience in Processes and Improvements
    • Identify issues within the Services Delivery Executive process, either leading to contract violations, reduction of customer satisfaction or also incorporating internal cost reduction potentials. Responsible for sharing the observed information with Customer Delivery Manager, Operations Manager or Account Manager to implement corrective actions. 

 

Key competences

  • Experience and knowledge about ITIL Processes 
  • Knowledge in writing reports and business correspondence.  
  • Knowledge of change management / risk management
  • Basic financial understanding
  • PC literacy, incl. MS Office 
    • Good knowledge in excel
  • Fluent local language written and spoken in professional manner 
    • Danish and or Norwegian. Other Nordic languages is meriting
    • Excellent English skills (written and spoken). 
  • Location: Nordics (Flexible or remote)
  • Full time, as a start for a period of 6 months.
