On behalf of a client we are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist for a negotiation assignment within R&D, with a particular focus on IT.
Our client is preparing for a long-term procurement commitment and is initiating a pilot project to test sourcing and negotiation capabilities. The assignment covers indirect procurement — specifically IT licenses and equipment — and involves designing and executing a structured tendering process, including renegotiating existing agreements.
The consultant will be embedded in the client's internal team, working closely with 3–4 colleagues on the client side. We are looking for a senior profile who can bring credibility to vendor negotiations and, ideally, also help develop more junior team members along the way.
Location: Greater Copenhagen
Workload: 100 %
Start: Mid-August, with potential pre-summer preparation hours
Duration: 2-3 Months + extension possible
Language: English
