Consultant Task – Ruby on Rails API Developers, Copenhagen/remote (14.09.2023)

For a client, we are looking for ruby on rails developers for an exciting API project in Copenhagen. 

The client’s API documentation is currently incomplete, riddled with errors, and suffers from poor textual content. This situation has led to customer dissatisfaction, increased support demands, and extended onboarding times.

The primary objective of this consulting task is to rectify the technical aspects of the client’s API documentation while also addressing internal technical debt as necessary. The envisioned approach involves generating Swagger definitions from the API code. These definitions will serve as the foundation for external tooling to generate high-quality API documentation for public consumption.

Location: Copenhagen or remote
Workload: 100%
Start: October 1, 2023, or by mutual agreement
Duration: Initial contract for 3 months with the possibility of extension
Language: Proficiency in English and/or Danish is required

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:
– Strong experience in Ruby on Rails API development.
– Proficiency in generating Swagger definitions from API code.
– Familiarity with cross-border payment systems is a plus.
