We are currently seeking an ITIL consultant for a client based in the USA to assist in evaluating their existing ITIL implementation. The client is specifically keen on assessing the operational effectiveness of their ITIL practices.
Key areas of focus for this role include:
- The ITSM implemented using ITIL should be a focal point.
- Operational effectiveness is a critical aspect of the assessment.
- Independence is valued in the consultant’s approach to conduct a fair review of the current application of ITIL and identify potential improvements.
Location: 100% remote, but the client requires that you reside in the USA.
Duration: 2-4 weeks + the possibility for extension
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:
- +5 years of experience as an ITIL Consultant.
- Experience with CSSM.
- Knowledge of Service Desk is an advantage.
