Consultant task – BI analyst/Reporting developer (Stavanger), published: 25.01.2019
For one of our customers we are looking for a BI Analyst/Reporting developer that will engage with the customers internal team and their customers to gather Business Intelligence (BI) reporting requirements, and you will work alongside our product managers and our dedicated team of developers to propel the design of the customers new BI solutions.
Tasks:
- Work with the customer to enhance existing reporting capabilities
- Work with the customers users to analyze BI reporting requirements, design BI analytics and Reporting
- Develop report and dashboard solutions using tools like PowerBi, Tableu, Qlik
- Design a BI style guide
- Provide input for extended insights and additional metrics
- Refine with executive team to best meet business needs
- Work closely with the development team to help translate the functional requirements to a technical specification
Location: Stavanger (on-site)

Qualifications:
- 3+ years working with Business Intelligence
- 3+ years working with tools like PowerBI, Tableu, Qlik
- Experience gathering, and translating user requirements into functional specification and implementable end-user BI Solution
- UI/UX design
- Strong data analysis and Analytics skills
- Experience in optimizing BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability and standardization.
- SQL queries and database knowledge
- Understand project management methodologies and reporting requirements
