For a final customer, global leader in inspection, certification and laboratory testing, we are seeking for a senior JDE AS400 support consultant.

Location : Paris La Défense
Contract : Freelance
Start: ASAP
Length: 3 months renewable
Language : French and English

Mission
• Level 2 support
• Provide support for the end users and key users for the JD Edwards/E1
• Assist the key users in their tasks
• Key users committee animation
• Escalation of issues to the team Leader
• Be available for the month closing period
The role of a Consultant is to support the application J.D. Edwards (AS400), which is an ERP system.
The scope is global, it means providing support to all internal clients in over 140 countries.
Dealing with the incidents, providing training to the end users and key users and identifying recurring issues and providing solutions.

Requirements

Hard skills
• You already have a successful experience in this position: Finance Support Consultant for AS400.
• Minimum of six years’ experience within AS400.
• Knowledge of JDE AS400, expertise in E1 is a plus
