Freelance Scrum Master – (Luanda, Angola, Africa), 22.08.2019.
For a big client from the oil sector, we are seeking 3 freelance Scrum Masters for a project in Luanda, Angola. The project in which the consultant will be involved is to succeed in deploying agile methodology, to have it by default, and basically, optimize all processes. Scrum has been introduced to all team members 1 year ago, so the candidate won´t need to start from scratch, just making sure that it is practiced in the right way, making corrections and additional coaching.
The candidate has to have a certificate in Scrum Master, with 10 years of experience in this role. There will be 3 teams, of 20-30 people, each of which led by 1 scrum master. Even though the three of them will be in the land, in the capital, 2 will take care of inland operations and 1 of the sea inside operations.
Because of the high skills required and the geographical situation of the project in Angola, Africa, the client will provide for all travel and living expenses, as well as others that could be necessary for the consultant. The client will take care also of the work visa.
Location: Luanda, Angola, (Africa).
Work: Full time, on-site.
Start date: October/November. Flexible.
Duration: 1 year + 1 year extension.
Language: English.
