Interim Head of IT Security (Remote/Berlin)

For a medium-sized fintech company in Berlin, we are searching for an experienced Interim Manager for IT Security.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Leading the IT Security Team (5 employees)
• Managing operational IT Security
• Starting with a Gap-Analysis leading to a Roadmap

Requirements

• Recent experience managing cybersecurity topics for a SMBs (as CISO or similar)
• Ability to think strategic, but also execute operationally
• Strong communication skills in English (German would be a plus)
• Experience in fintech or Banking industry would be advantageous
• Certifications in cybersecurity would be advantageous (CISM, CCISO, etc.)
• Willingness to travel to Berlin for Workshops and important meetings
