Konsulentopgave – Azure Integration Services (AIS) Expert, Copenhagen (5.1.2021)

In early January the customer will initiate a project that will replace the incumbent WMS ( Warehouse Management System ) with a new global WMS system. The plan is to have the first wave of this multi wave project go live early Q3 2021.

As part of the integrations team, your role will be to build an AIS based platform that will cater for generic integrations between the WMS system and our ERP system (AX).

As the AIS platform is fairly new in the integrations area we need someone who can help this “green field” project with development work and guidance of architects and developers with do’s and don’ts.

It is important that the consultant is hands on and has battle proven experiences from similar projects both with regards to development, architecture and with deployment and release governance.

The project has an aggressive and ambitious timeline and there will be no time for experimenting or feeling our way forward. Hence you also need to be able to work well under pressure.

The Integrations team for this project will be 7 to 9 persons, working directly with architects, other IT teams and business counterparts.

  • WMS experience especially Relax from Hardis
  • Service bus
  • Logic apps
  • Function Apps
  • API management
  • Blob storage
  • Connections to on prem network/ file share
  • Understanding of cost in Azure space.
  • Integration account
  • Mapping in Azure
  • Applications insights (Monitoring, operational usage, tracking)
  • Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Loosely coupled designs/ reusable interfaces.
